1. Purpose of use
1) This equipment can be used R&D and production for cell disrupture, emulsion, liposome, nano-particle and encapsulation in pharmaceuticals, food industry, cosmetics, chemical industry fields
2) This equipment can be used to disperse or disintegrate nano particles and also can be used in dispersion with nano emulsion which safety is strong.
3) This equipment is consist of Hydraulic pump and nanocell.
4) The nanocell size is 75µm or 100µm depends on application.
5) The hydraulic pump inlets can be connected to hydraulic cylinder flush out the entire product path.
6) The nanocell is made of industrial diamond and generates various energy such as shear stress, impact, cavitation and turbulence using the dynamic fluid energy.
7) This equipment can be used heat exchanger to product cooling.
8) The operating pressure can be adjusted using a hydraulic control to max. 40,000 psi(2,000 bar)
9) Product wetted part materials; 316/316L/630 stainless steel, PEEK, UHMWPE, Teflon, Tungsten carbide.
10) The plunger are made of SUS630 with chrome coating, polished with standard flush for long seal life.
11) When Nanocell is blocked, Back flush system should be available without disassembly. |
